It's not a willpower problem. It's a breathing problem.
You've tried screen-time limits, deleting apps, "just one more reel". It never lasts — because the pull to pick up your phone starts in your nervous system, not in your mind.
When your breath becomes short and shallow, your body feels restless. The phone becomes the quickest way to soothe that restlessness… which keeps the cycle going.
The scroll loop
- A notification, or a moment of boredom, stress or tiredness
- Breath turns quick and shallow without you noticing
- The body feels restless and reaches for quick relief
- You pick up the phone — and lose 30 minutes
Change the breath, and you break the loop. That's what you'll learn.

Feel the urge to scroll? Give it 60 seconds.
Here's a small taste of what you'll learn. Follow the circle for one minute:
- 1Breathe in through your nose as the circle grows — 4 counts
- 2Breathe out slowly as it shrinks — 6 counts
- 3Notice how your body feels afterwards
That's it. Imagine having a full toolkit like this — save your free seat.
This is for you if…
No experience needed. Just join from wherever you are, in comfortable clothes, with your camera on or off.
- You scroll reels till late at night
- Your focus and productivity are ruined by your mobile
- You feel anxious without your phone
- You've tried app limits and timers, but nothing sticks

The mission of BreathSutra
"I know I should put my phone down — I just can't." I hear this every day. But it was never about willpower: endless scrolling keeps the breath shallow and the mind restless, and the phone becomes the escape. Change the breath, and the urge loses its grip.
That's why I'm on a mission to help 1,00,000 Indians reclaim their vitality and live disease-free lives through transformative breathwork.
What students say
I'm 70+ and have attended her daily breathing sessions since 2022. I can see a huge positive transformation in my immunity, my energy levels and my health in general. She explains every practice in a very simple manner, with everyday examples, and then does it herself. I feel a lot more active, calm and aware.
This 16-day journey with you has changed my life. It filled me with more positive thoughts. I will be continuing with you.
During Nadi Shodhan kriya, I clearly felt a lengthening of breath as well as calmness.
Eternally grateful for the breathing sessions when I was recovering from Covid. Slowly and steadily my breathing capacity and overall strength improved, and my 8-year-old son and I started this journey with her ever since.
Your patience, attention to each individual and smile brought life to the workshop. Your explanation using simple examples was really helpful.
